Yes, but the number of additional guest must be discussed and approved beforehand. An additional fee of $50 per hour, per guest will be added to service cost. Each guest will to show proof of age with a valid form of identification.
If there are an additional number of guest who were not approved, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.
Yes, we provide most cleaning supplies.
We require that client provideprovides either mop/Swiffer and vacuum and/or broom.
We Provide a light cleaning service.
A deep cleaning service will be charged extra and includes the following:
Scrubbing of bathtub/Shower
Ceiling Fans
Laundry (2 loads maximun)
Wash Dishes ( 1 Sink full)
Baseboards
Microwave (inside and outside)
Appliance exteriors cleaned
Tables
Countertops disinfected
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Trash Emptied
Towels neatly hung and folded
Countertops disinfected
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
Floos vacuumed and/or mopped
Mirrors cleaned

Beds made
Picture frames dusted
Furniture dusted

Although we always strive to complete as much as we can, this depends on the condition of your home or office, and the time purchased for the clean. Please remember that deeper cleans require more time for a thorough cleaning.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The name used for this booking must match the state issued ID presented during time of appointment. In the event the valid state issued ID does not match the name of the booking the appointment will be terminated and no refund will be given. Bookings need to be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
Bookings requested with less than 72 hour notice will require an expedited service fee.
Under no circumstances are you to initiate physical contact with your Maid including and up to sexual contact. If any form of physical contact is initiated your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. If any time during the appointment you are believed to be heavily intoxicated, extremely aggressive, or combative your appointment will be terminated.
We ask to make your experience as pleasant as possible please have your state issued ID and cleaning supplies readily available for your Maid upon arrival. You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies. Please confine loose and/ or aggressive pets. If you have pests ( I.e. roaches, mice, ants, etc) please do not book a nude cleaning or request the maid to be barefoot. If you do not tell us in advance that you have an infestation, you will be barred from booking again.
Immediately before your appointment you will receive a call from Topless and Spotless Maids confirming your Maid has arrived. This will also be the opportunity to ask any last minute questions you may have.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your appointment at any time although fees may apply. If your appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be charged and will receive a full refund.
If more than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours from your date and time of appointment you will receive a refund minus 50% of the paid deposit.

3. DAMAGE TO PREMISES
You release Topless and Spotless Maids from any and all responsibility for damages that may occur.
